LUPANE legislator, Mbongeni Dube has expressed appreciation for the water augmentation and irrigation projects commissioned by President Emmerson Mnangagwa in his constituency recently.
Mnangagwa commissioned a water treatment plant at Lupane centre and Lupane State University respectively.
On the same day, the President also commissioned an irrigation scheme at Bubi where there is a 180 hectare wheat plantation.

Dube heaped praise on Mnangagwa for commissioning projects he said will alleviate the plight of villagers in his constituency.
“As a legislator in Lupane, we feel honored to have had the President of the second republic commissioning the two projects that are going to benefit people from Lupane” he said.
Lupane has been experiencing water challenges before the commissioning of the water augmentation projects by Mnangagwa.
